The OpenCloud Security blue graphical user interface will launch each time that Windows reboots. The alerts and infections displayed by OpenCloud Security are completely fake and are only a scare tactic. These tactics of scaring computer users into believing that their computer is infected are a common form of social engineering being used by creators of rogue antivirus programs.

The OpenCloud Security gets on your computer when you download an infectious executable file on the internet. These infectious files contain the virus and if you run these files the infection will install onto your computer. The executable file associated with OpenCloud Security is usually disguised as software update or Flash player update. Many users acquire this virus by unknowingly downloading a video player update in order to watch a fake video.

OpenCloud Security was created and cleverly engineered by cyber criminals that wish to manipulate and steal money through fake license purchases. The realistic look of OpenCloud Security and useless features are a social engineering tactic to make an infected computer user believe that the program is legitimate. The creators of this virus believe that if you are convinced that the program is real then you will purchase a full license and activate OpenCloud Security.

You should never purchase OpenCloud Security. It offers absolutely no benefit to you or your computer. It is a hoax. If you have already purchased it, please dispute the charges with your financial institution. There are unfortunately many people who purchase OpenCloud Security.

If you are infected with the OpenCloud Security Virus highly recommend that you remove it now. The longer that this virus stays on your computer, the more you vulnerable you are to permanently damaging your computer operating system.
