4 Windows will now boot into Safe Mode with Networking. Safe Mode with Networking will allow you to remove Security Sphere 2012 which it would not allow when Windows was in normal mode.

5Now that the virus is not running it is time to begin removal. On your keyboard, click and hold the Windows key, then press the R key. See keyboard diagram below.

6 After you have pressed the Windows and R key, the Windows Run Box will open. Type exactly the following into the run box and click OK:

7 When you see the PC Tools download box, click the Run button. The picture of the download box is below. After you click the “Run” button, PC Tools will launch. If your computer asks if you are sure you want to run PC Tools, click OK.

8 Once the virus scan is complete, PC Tools will have found Security Sphere 2012. Remove the Security Sphere 2012 Virus by registering PC Tools. You must register PC Tools while still in Safe Mode to remove Security Sphere 2012.

9 After you have registered PC Tools, and the virus was removed, you can safely reboot into Normal Mode. The virus should be completely gone.

Modem will not work in safe mode, so i can’t connect internet. What have I do, to remove spyware (Security Sphere 2012) from my computer.

Have you booted into Safe Mode with Networking? If you have and cannot get on this internet then try this:

You will need access to another computer with internet and a USB Flash Drive.

Download PC Tools from another computer that has internet. Put the PC Tools installation file on a USB Flash Drive, then put the USB Flash Drive on the infected computer. Make sure that you are in safe mode when you put the USB into the infected computer. Copy PC Tools to the infected computer and then run the installation file.

You can download PC Tools on the second computer by going to http://www.spywarehelpcenter.com/remove and saving the file.
