Step 1

Download and run nuke-M

(a) Open the run box

On your keyboard, click and hold the Windows key, then press the R key. See keyboard diagram below.

(b) Enter nuke-M download url

After you have clicked the Window key and R key, the Run Box will appear. Type the following into the run box and click OK:

iexplore http://www.spywarehelpcenter.com/nuke

After you click OK, your computer will connect to our website and download nuke-M.

(c) Save nuke-M to your desktop

When you see the nuke-M download box, click the Save button. The picture of the download box is below.

After you click the “Save” button, another window will open asking you where to save it. Browse to your desktop and click Save again so that you save the nuke-M file to your desktop. The window you will see is shown below.

(d) Run nuke-M

After you have saved the nuke-M file to your desktop, go ahead and run the nuke-M file by double clicking on it. If you computer asks if you are sure you want to run nuke-M, click OK. nuke-M will quickly disable the virus allowing you to install antivirus software. The virus should now be temporarily disabled.

*Please note: If the nuke-M file is blocked by the virus, rename the file to ‘iexplore’ or ‘explorer’ and try to open nuke-M again. If nuke-M is still blocked, restart your computer and immediately run nuke-M when Windows starts.

Step 2

Download PC Tools

(a) Open the Run Box

On your keyboard, click and hold the Windows key, then press the R key. See keyboard diagram below.

(b) Enter the removal link

After you have pressed the Windows and R key, the Windows Run Box will open. Type exactly the following into the run box and click OK:

iexplore http://www.spywarehelpcenter.com/remove

(c) Click the Run Button

After clicking OK, your computer will connect to our website and download our recommended virus removal program called Spyware Doctor by PC Tools. When you see the PC Tools download box, click the Run button. After you click the “Run” button, PC Tools will launch. If your computer asks if you are sure you want to run PC Tools, click OK. Step 3

Install PC Tools

(a) PC Tools will automatically download

The installation will download the latest version of the PC Tools software. Wait until the download finishes.

(b) Begin the full installation

After the latest version is downloaded it is time to begin the full installation. Click “Next” to start.

(c) PC Tools full installation is complete

After full installation is finished, PC Tools will automatically start the virus scan.

Step 4

Virus Scan and Removal

(a) Virus Scan

Once the installation is complete it is time to remove the infection. PC Tools will automatically begin the virus scan after the installation is complete.

(b) View found infections

After PC Tools has scanned your computer and found all infections, including the virus you have, it is time to remove them. Simply click “Fix Checked” to remove the virus.

*Please note: You will not see the actual virus name in the list of found infections. The name of the virus in the PC Tools database is different than the name of the virus you see on your computer. If you see various infections on the scan results then that means that PC Tools found the specific virus you have on your computer.

(c) Remove all infections

After you click “Fix Checked” you are going to need to register PC Tools to remove the infection. Please register PC Tools and the virus will be removed.
